Below are our delivery charges explained. This is not an exhaustive list but should you require specific country delivery costs and times please contact our customer service department info@thelubecompany.co.uk
Our cut off time for orders to be delivered on a next Day delivery service is 2:30pm.
Royal Mail Tracked delivery 48 = £3.99
Royal Mail Tracked delivery 24 = £4.99
Express Next working day service = £5.99
Parcelforce Saturday Delivery = £11.99
Royal Mail Tracked European service* = £15.99
Royal Mail Tracked Rest Of The World* = £25.99
* European Service: Items over 2KG in weight will incur extra delivery charges to European destinations and may incur customs fees.
** Rest Of the World: Items over 1.5kg will incur extra delivery charges, will be shipped via courier and may incur custom fees.
Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing. Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.
Please also note, the Royal Mail 48 & Royal Mail 24 services are uninsured, this means that a claim cannot be made for lost goods, and that you will be liable for any lost orders or undelivered orders.
